There is no single number of days that works for every facial before photos or an event. Tell Newport Spa Center your date, makeup plans, skin history and the service you are considering. Radiant Refresh or Customized Facial are useful starting points. Leave room to learn your response, and discuss extra buffer before choosing Nano Needling + Salmon DNA.
Choose the goal before the date
For a radiant-looking focus, discuss Radiant Refresh; for mixed concerns, Customized Facial. Hydration & Deep Cleaning may suit a congestion goal if appropriate. Nano Needling + Salmon DNA should only enter the plan when you can allow the buffer your provider recommends and accept possible temporary redness. Keep the final day or two simple
Avoid cramming unfamiliar procedures, strong exfoliation or new skincare products into the last day or two before photos. This is planning caution, not a claimed recovery period. Ask your provider about makeup after your selected facial and coordinate with your makeup artist; a fresh facial does not automatically mean immediate makeup is suitable.

Questions before you book
How many days before photos should I book?
There is no universal day count. Share the shoot date, your skin history and the treatment you are considering, then ask your provider about an appropriate buffer. A first appointment may need more planning than a familiar service. Avoid treating an available calendar slot as a guarantee of event readiness.
Is a same-day facial okay before an event?
Discuss it before booking rather than assuming it is suitable. The answer depends on your skin, the steps planned and whether you will wear makeup or spend time outdoors. When there is little flexibility, a familiar routine and provider guidance may be more useful than trying something new.
Can I wear makeup after my facial?
Ask your provider about makeup based on the products and steps actually used. There is no single waiting period for every facial or guest. Tell them when your makeup artist is scheduled, and follow the individual guidance you receive instead of assuming all cosmetic treatments allow immediate application.
Should I choose Nano Needling + Salmon DNA before photos?
Consider it only after discussing suitability and timing with your provider, with enough buffer for your individual response and acceptance of possible temporary redness. It is a cosmetic nano and topical-serum spa service. We cannot promise a fixed recovery window or a particular appearance on your photo date.
How do I reserve an event facial?
Choose the named treatment after discussing your event date, then select an available appointment in the existing booking flow. A $30 deposit is applied toward treatment.
