The Newport Treatment Concierge can explain published cosmetic treatment options and open the correct Wix booking path. It cannot create an appointment, charge a deposit, or see Wix's live calendar from inside the chat.

Booking link or checkout help
If a treatment link does not open, Wix does not show the time you expected, or checkout does not complete, call (949) 561-2649 or email us. Please do not send card numbers or sensitive health information by email.
Wix displays current appointment availability, the deposit, and the final checkout terms. An appointment is not booked until checkout is completed.
Treatment concierge help
The concierge uses Newport Spa Center's published treatment menu. Tell it your cosmetic goal in general terms, such as hydration, texture, radiance, or neck-area care. Do not share a diagnosis, medication list, medical record, or other sensitive health information in chat.

Newport Spa Center's concierge provides cosmetic information, not medical advice. For severe or sudden symptoms, broken skin, active infection, a changing mole, or another medical concern, contact an appropriate licensed clinician before booking. For an emergency, contact local emergency services.
