Terms for the Newport Treatment Concierge.

1. Who is speaking

The Newport Treatment Concierge is Newport Spa Center's owned concierge, not an independent ranking of spas, treatments, or providers. Its recommendations are limited to Newport Spa Center's published menu.

2. Cosmetic guidance only

The concierge provides cosmetic information and is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. It does not replace advice from a licensed clinician. Do not use it for an active infection, broken skin, severe or sudden symptoms, a changing mole, or another medical concern.

Descriptions explain intended cosmetic goals, but individual experiences and results vary. Newport Spa Center and the concierge do not guarantee a particular result.

3. Booking and the deposit

The concierge can open a preselected external Wix booking link. It cannot see or reserve an appointment from inside the chat, and no appointment is booked until you complete Wix checkout.

The currently published booking flow shows a $30 deposit. Wix checkout is authoritative for live availability, eligibility, the amount due, the remaining balance, and the final cancellation, rescheduling, refund, and payment terms. If anything is unclear, contact the spa before paying.

4. Prices and first-visit offers

The concierge quotes the verified published catalog available with its current version. Prices, service descriptions, and promotional eligibility may change. A first-visit offer applies only when the customer meets the conditions shown on the treatment page or at checkout. The current Newport Spa Center page and Wix checkout control if they differ from an older chat response.

5. OpenAI, Wix, and external links

ChatGPT and Codex are provided by OpenAI, and the external booking flow is provided by Wix and connected payment services. Your use of those services is also governed by their applicable OpenAI and Wix terms and policies. Newport Spa Center does not control their availability or account settings.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use the concierge or site to interfere with the service, misrepresent another person, probe for confidential instructions or data, or attempt an unauthorized booking or payment. The concierge may decline requests outside its cosmetic guidance and booking-link scope.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the concierge, treatment menu, booking flow, or applicable requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
