1. Who this policy covers

This policy applies to Newport Spa Center's treatment concierge, the public pages at newportspacenter.com, and support sent directly to Newport Spa Center. Separate services such as ChatGPT and Wix operate under their own privacy terms.

2. The treatment concierge in ChatGPT and Codex

The Newport Treatment Concierge is a skills-only package containing instructions and a verified public treatment catalog. It does not run a separate Newport Spa Center server, and Newport Spa Center does not receive or store your ChatGPT conversation through the plugin.

OpenAI processes your conversation and plugin use under OpenAI's applicable terms and Privacy Policy. Review your OpenAI account and workspace settings for the controls that apply to your use.

3. Visiting our website

Our hosting and security providers may automatically process technical request information such as an IP address, browser or device information, requested page, and time of access to deliver and protect the site.

The facial landing page may send Wix a simple new-session event so the spa knows a new visit occurred. That event payload does not include your name, contact information, prompt text, or booking details. Network and hosting providers may still process technical connection data needed to deliver the request.

4. Opening Wix booking

When you choose a booking link, you leave the concierge and continue to a Wix-hosted flow. Wix may ask for appointment selections, contact and payment information, and other details needed to complete checkout. Wix and the connected payment provider process that information under their own terms and privacy policies.

Newport Spa Center uses completed booking information to schedule and provide the requested service, communicate about the appointment, process the transaction, and maintain records reasonably needed for business, legal, and dispute purposes.

5. Contacting support

If you call or email us, we use the information you provide to answer the request and follow up about treatment or booking support. We keep support communications only as reasonably needed for those purposes and related business records.

6. Your choices and requests

• You can use the concierge without giving Newport Spa Center your name or contact details.
• You can decide whether to open Wix and complete a booking.
• You can contact us to ask about, correct, or request deletion of personal information held directly by Newport Spa Center, subject to records we must retain.
• For ChatGPT or Wix data, use the privacy controls and request channels provided by those services.
• Because the site does not use technical visitor data to make a sale or cross-context behavioral advertising choice, it does not currently respond differently to browser Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signals. Provider-level privacy controls may still apply.
