If you are pregnant, postpartum or breastfeeding, ask your OB or treating clinician about the specific facial products and procedures before booking. Newport does not provide pregnancy medical clearance or guarantee that a menu item is suitable. Share the clinician’s guidance with the spa. Customized Facial or hydration-focused care can be discussed only after the relevant suitability questions are addressed.
Bring the actual service details to your clinician
Ask the spa what products, devices and steps are planned, then share that information with your OB or treating clinician. Mention pregnancy, postpartum recovery or breastfeeding and any medical restrictions. A service name or the word gentle does not establish safety for your circumstances.
Make room for comfort and changes
Tell the spa about positioning needs, sensitivities and changes to your routine. Discuss whether an appointment should be adapted or postponed. Customized Facial, Hydration & Deep Cleaning and Radiant Refresh are menu options to ask about, not a list of pregnancy-approved procedures.

Questions before you book
Are all spa facials safe during pregnancy?
No blanket safety claim is made here. Ask your OB or treating clinician about the specific products and steps proposed for your visit, and share that guidance with the spa. A familiar or gentle-sounding facial name does not establish suitability for every pregnancy or individual circumstance.
Does postpartum or breastfeeding status matter?
Tell both your clinician and the spa if you are postpartum or breastfeeding. Your situation, recovery and products may affect what should be discussed before booking. Do not assume guidance from a previous appointment still applies; ask about the actual service you are considering now.
Can the spa choose pregnancy-safe products for me?
The spa can describe planned products and discuss your clinician’s restrictions, but this page does not offer medical clearance or guarantee pregnancy-safe care. Ask for the information your OB or treating clinician needs. If suitability remains unclear, postpone the appointment until those questions are resolved.

What should I ask about preparation and aftercare?
Tell your provider about current products, sensitivities, recent procedures and any upcoming events. Ask what preparation and aftercare apply to the service you select, including makeup, exercise and outdoor plans. We do not publish one fixed downtime window for every facial; follow the guidance for your individual visit.
