Radiant Refresh centers on a brighter-looking glow, while Customized Facial leaves room to discuss several priorities. Share your outdoor routine and sun or saltwater exposure; your provider can help decide which emphasis makes sense without treating coastal living as a diagnosis.

Questions before you book
Do I need a facial every month?
No. Monthly is a common way to think about maintenance, not a requirement or a promise of better skin. Your provider should help you consider the chosen service, your response and your goals. A different interval may make more sense for your comfort, schedule and budget.
Does living near the ocean change the schedule?
Coastal living does not set a required facial interval. Tell your provider about outdoor time, saltwater, sun exposure and how your skin feels afterward. Those details may change the focus of a visit toward hydration or comfort, while the timing still depends on your individual circumstances.
Should I book more often for faster results?
More appointments are not automatically better, and we do not promise faster results from a tighter schedule. Discuss how your skin responded to the previous treatment before repeating it. Your provider can help decide whether to continue, change the approach or wait before another spa visit.
Can I alternate different facials?
You can discuss different menu options with your provider, such as Hydration & Deep Cleaning for cleansing and moisture or Radiant Refresh for a glow-focused visit. Alternating should fit your current priorities and response. It should not be based on an assumption that combining services guarantees stronger results.
What if my skin feels irritated before my next visit?
Contact the spa before attending and explain what has changed, including new products or procedures. The appointment may need to be reconsidered. For persistent, unexplained or concerning irritation, ask a medical provider for advice rather than using a scheduled facial as a substitute for an evaluation.
