Shipping Policy

 

Standard orders must be placed by 11:59 PM PT to initiate processing the next day. Processing usually takes 1 business day, and orders will arrive within 5 business days from the processing date. Delivery times apply to orders placed between Monday and Friday. Newport Beach Spa offers FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on all U.S. merchandise orders (excluding taxes). U.S. orders always ship for free—no promotion code needed.

P.O. BOX

For shipments to a United States P.O. Box, we use USPS (free on all U.S. orders).

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Newport Beach Spa provides a flat rate international shipping cost of $45. Orders to U.S. territories including American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands are considered international and will be charged the international flat rate for shipping. International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees imposed by your country's customs department upon arrival.

As the recipient of the shipment, you are the importer of record and are responsible for any applicable import fees, as well as compliance with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Newport Beach Spa does not collect duties and taxes and cannot predict the specific charges that may apply. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so please contact your local customs office for more information.

Orders must be placed by 14:00 (2:00 PM) GMT to initiate processing on the same day. Orders placed after the deadline will be processed on the next business day.

All orders are shipped Monday to Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

APO/FPO/DPO MILITARY ADDRESSES

Shipments to APO, FPO, and DPO addresses are sent via USPS Priority. Delivery to some destinations may take up to 21 days due to military handling time.

MULTIPLE SHIPPING ADDRESSES

Currently, we can only ship to one address per order. For shipping to multiple addresses, please contact Customer Service at 1-877-532-1957 for assistance.

BUSINESS DAYS & HOLIDAYS

All orders are shipped Monday to Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Orders must be placed by 11:59 PM Pacific Time (PT) to be processed on the same business day. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next day.

Please note that packages do not ship from our distribution centers on the following holidays:

  • New Year's Day

  • Easter

  • Memorial Day

  • 4th of July

  • Labor Day

  • Thanksgiving

  • Christmas

Tracking Orders

Once your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email. The majority of our orders are shipped within 1-2 business days after the order has been placed.

The email will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a link to the selected carrier's site. To track your order, click on the tracking number located near the bottom of the email.

RETURN POLICY

At Newport Beach Spa, we are committed to creating a pleasant shopping experience for our customers. If you're not entirely satisfied with the products purchased, we are happy to offer product exchanges within 30 days from the date of purchase. Please note that we do not offer refunds at this time.

Q: How Do I Exchange My Product? To exchange your Newport Beach Spa products, please contact the original point of purchase. If you bought Newport Beach Spa products from a physical retail location, kindly return to the same location with the product, its original packaging, and the original purchase receipt. For products purchased via the Newport Beach Spa website, please reach out to our customer care personnel at 1-877-291-2992, Mon-Thurs 9:00 AM - 4:30 PM and Fri 9:00 AM - 2:30 PM (PST). At this time, we can only offer exchanges at the original point of purchase.

Things To Know Before Sending Products for Exchange:

  • All products must be returned with their accessories, manuals, original packaging, and relevant paperwork.

  • Defaced or damaged products are not eligible for replacement.

  • Please use trackable shipping methods when returning products for exchange. The cost of return shipping is your responsibility. You are responsible for the products until they reach Newport Beach Spa.

  • Newport Beach Spa does not take any responsibility for replacing products that are damaged, delayed, or lost in transit.

Manufacturer Warranty: Newport Beach Spa is proud to stand behind its products and our customer’s satisfaction. For all in-store purchases, ask about a free product trial before you buy. For all authorized online purchases, Newport Beach Spa offers a Manufacturer Warranty – if you are not satisfied with your product purchased online at newportbeachspa.com, we offer a 100% Manufacturer Satisfaction Guarantee and will permit an exchange of the purchased product for any alternative Newport Beach Spa product of equal or lesser value.
